Finance & Cost

Our Domes start at £48,500 plus VAT depending on specification.

When installing one of our Unique Domes as a home office for the use in your business there are potential tax reliefs, in the form of Capital Allowances.

Businesses can deduct from their profits the full cost of purchases that qualify for Capital Allowances up to the Annual Investment Allowance (£200,000 in 2018/19).

Capital Allowances are available on all ‘plant and machinery’ expenditure, for example, computer equipment, office furniture, electric/lighting systems and water systems. If applicable, a business can claim the tax relief on the costs of the above items, as well as costs involved in the installation.

You should take professional advice to check the possible tax claims for your circumstances.
